Pics In and Around Gwangju

Gwangju is not exactly the most beautiful place either of us have either been too, but it really isn't all that bad. What it lacks in attractive city planning it makes up for in great restaurants, a quaint park, and the opportunities for adventures in a new place. These are just a few pictures to give you an idea of what our "little" city (300,000 people) and "villa" (as our apartment is formally called) are like. We can't stand all the white in it, so we are just beginning to redecorate it. Most of the pictures are of the park and me just messing around with our new camera. The last few are taken from the top of our villa and looking into the surrounding outter region of Gwangju City - we are on the outskirts of it.

Glad you two are having fun!! To tell you the truth, I haven't read any of your blog posts, I much prefer pictures, so if you could go ahead and post more pictures and less words, that would be great ;) Love you, Keep on livin'! KJ

I liked all the pictures of grass and rocks. I bet the grass and rocks must be way cooler in person.

Scott, is that the way you treat all the people who check your blog? If so, tell Mindy that all future contact will have to be through old fashion email, not this fancy blog-thing.
